Welcome to the homepage of CUNY's Office of Human Resources Management,
which serves more than 30,000 employees system-wide. OHRM is
responsible for developing the University's human resources guidelines,
standards, rules and regulations. We enforce federal, state and local
employment laws, and ensure compliance with the University Board of
Trustees' policies and procedures regarding employment, including
affirmative action and equal opportunity employment. In collaboration
with the Human Resources Offices of CUNY's 20 campuses located
throughout the five boroughs of New York City, we recruit 6,000 faculty
and staff positions every year and manage more than 120 job titles.
OHRM also administers employee benefits programs, offers training and
professional development opportunities to University staff, and
oversees the administration of Civil Service examinations.
