New Funding Opportunity for CUNY ResearchersCUNY CAT-Industry Collaborative Research Grants Program
This Program encourages CUNY faculty to work with “for-profit” New York
State (NYS) companies to solve production, applied research and
development, and technical problems. Other CUNY ProgramsBridge Fund ProgramCUNY faculty who run externally funded research programs and who run into a funding crisis due to a competitive renewal of their grant not being funded may apply for bridge funds under specific circumstances. Community College Incentive Research Grant (CCIRG)The purpose of this Program is to support the research efforts of faculty, especially junior faculty, at the Community Colleges, and to encourage collaborations with faculty within and across the CUNY campuses. Collaborative Incentive Research Grant (CIRG)The purpose of the Collaborative Incentive Research Grants Program is to enhance, through multi-campus collaborations, the prestige and prominence of the University to a national and international audience. Research Equipment GrantThis initiative is periodically run to help investigators purchase laboratory equipment that will strengthen their research program, and thus assist them in applications for external research funding in the near future. The Office of Academic Affairs has limited funds that can be made available to assist with travel for specific occasions.
Research into Outcomes of NSF Math and Science (STEM) Education Grants at CUNYThis RFP sought proposals for a study synthesizing the outcomes and impact of past NSF funded projects in math and science education awarded to CUNY faculty. Project is currently in process. |
